Safety Precautions

We will be following governmental guidelines that are in-place during the event time and will be incorporating the below safety measures to ensure a safe environment

  • Wearing of masks at all times
  • Encouraging the 2m social distancing guideline wherever possible
  • Implementation of disinfection protocols in all areas by the venue housekeeping team
  • Availability of sanitisers at multiple locations
  • Counters, seats and tables in common areas are disinfected after every use
  • Observing the maximum capacity guideline in place at the time of the event (currently at 50%)

Apart from the above, delegates will need to show proof of vaccination (2 doses) or recovery (6 months) while entering the venue premises. People who are neither fully vaccinated nor recovered from Covid-19 will not be permitted as per current governmental regulations. The venue security will check the proof of immunity upon your arrival.

As per the recent update to the guidelines from the government, most of the above requirements have been lifted. However, we still encourage wearing of masks wherever possible.
